Unit 043 - Sandcastle 1A: Fantastic 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium just built in December 2005! Sandcastle condos are located on the south beach east end of the Island. Poolside location with boardwalk to the beachside pool and beach. Two pool side decks and beautifully decorated! The open floor plan offers a kitchen with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, under counter ice maker and built-in microwave. Three televisions with cable & VCR's, two DVD players. Number of guests limited to 6 maximum. All linens are provided. No smoking please. Charcoal grill. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver. Travel Insurance is now offered. Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred during peak summer season. Call 866-861-3311 for reservations.
