This unit has two balconies overlooking the 2nd pool and offers a fully equipped kitchen with built-in microwave and separate ice maker, three televisions with VCR's and cable service, DVD player, a stereo and propane gas grill. Internet also avaialble. Sleeping arrangements are one king, one queen and a sleep sofa. Extra parking at the complex for boats. Washer & dryer, all linens provided. Non-smoking. Snowbird rates are monthly only. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver. Travel Insurance is now offered.
