This unit has one bedroom, jack and jill style bath, and private balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. Open plan offering a kitchen with smooth top electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Televisions with VCR in the bedroom and living area with DVD. The complex has two pools to choose from. Boardwalk to the Gulf beach. Sleeping accommodations for 4 guests maximum include a queen in the bedroom and a bunk bed in the hallway. Washer and dryer. All linens provided. Electric grill. No smoking and no pets. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver.
