3 days of luxury Reviewed by: Karen F. recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2010 The Cliff at Cupecoy? accommodation was excellent! The 2 BR suite was as beautiful as it looks in the pictures on the website. The staff were courteous and friendly if a little bit slow about responding to our requests sometimes. However, we were very happy with the facilities ? the suite was very clean and well-maintained; the grounds are secure with security guards on the desk at all times and you must use your key card to move about the building. The gardens are well tended and beautiful. There is a lovely white sandy small private beach, an outdoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. A little piece of heaven! bad attitudes, not helpful Reviewed by: A guest does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in April, 2010 Although our condo was very spacious, our stay was not as good because of problems with housekeeping. We had to ask for towels everyday and were met with bad attitudes by housekeeping and the concierge. Towels are a necessity, not a luxury. We ended up buying laundry detergent and washing our own daily so we didn't have to interact with the staff. Also, many times the elevator was held up by the cleaning staff or others. The accomodations were very nice and it was great having a spa on-site as well as a very quiet beautiful beach. Only issue was a one day plumbing issue which did not seem to be a regular occurence but just happened to occur during our stay.
