Fantastic location, view is to die for,weather NOT so good due to Debbie but loved it anyway.Have already reported problems with cleaning crew who were called back to finish job (towels,etc in dryer,floors not mopped,glass doors and table tops not cleaned,etc).Thus it was 4-4:30 before we could move in but having the unit next door prevented this from being the problem it would have been with other renters. At bed time we found bath rooms had not been cleaned, so I cleaned them myself. This WILL NOT prevent us from returning as everything else was TOP NOTCH!!! Great view of the ocean! A guest from Fayetteville, Georgia recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 We had a wonderful time at Barefoot Trace. The property is nicely kept and the condos seem very well insulated -- very quiet. We did have to wait until 4:30 to get into the unit because the person that was suppose to clean it didn't show up. A nice gentleman was cleaning it when we arrived at 3:45 and he did a great job. The condo featured a newly tiled shower and a new oven, range and microwave. It would be nice if they put a few ottoman's in the unit and maybe a nice recliner of some sort in the master bedroom. Overall a great vacation experience! Condo Review Debbie R. from Arvada, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2012 The condo was nice and had great views. However, there were a few things that needed fixed. The mirror in master bath was broken and two lamps didnt work (lightbulbs). I also notice the kitchen floor was dirty and had not been mopped. There was food stains. I had to clean. The shower did not look to clean either. The condo does not have a broom. So, I could not clean and the vacuum didnt pick up. I was personally disappointed in the lack of basic elements of the condo... not much cleaning stuff, not enough dishwashing or washing machine soap. Had to buy. No salt, pepper (containers almost empty), spices, oil, pam, no flour, sugar, TP, paper towels etc... First place I ever rented that did not supply basics for cooking and cleaning.... The building area was ok. Very dirty in elevators. The location was great but Im not sure if I would stay in this particular unit again. Could have cleaned the air conditioning vent in kitchen, but otherwise clean. It would be nice to have a few ottomans to put your feet on and maybe a lazyboy or some type of chair in bedroom. Not a good place to stay Lisa B. from Colleyville, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2011 This condo is so remote their is nothing within walking distance. It was old and dated. The door to the beach was not working properly and Vacation Rental Pros did nothing to fix the problem. We had to wedge an object thru the door so we didn't get locked out. The so called "work out" room was a joke even for old people. About the only thing good I can say about the place is that I found Anasatsia Athletic Club to go to everyday which was about a 15 min drive. Most places in this area close at 10 pm. It is like a ghost town with too many old people. Don't stay on Cresent Beach. If you just have to go to St. Augustine stay close to Sunset Grille area and you won't feel like your on a deserted island!!!
