Experience the convenience of staying close to town, about a 5-7 minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride, yet be right on the ocean in a gated, private building. The building, called Marazul, only has two condos per floor. Casa Trahan, located on the 4th floor, has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The additional bedrooms also each have their own bathrooms and 3 queen size beds. At the front of the condo is a balcony that overlooks the infinity pool and ocean below.Elsewhere, the condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen, WiFi, cable TV with over a 100 channels, a dining room with seating for six, and both dining and lounge type seating on the balcony overlooking the ocean. When you're ready to go exploring, you'll enjoy a large infinity pool with lounge seating in the water, an easy entrence into the ocean for great snorkeling, an outdoor shower, and ample dining and lounge seating around the pool
