This lovely vacation community occupies four fantastic buildings, each towering four levels above the city and the Caribbean Sea and all with access to a full range of amenities including a large freshwater pool, a superb sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs, manicured grounds, and even a meeting room per chance you need to complete a little business while you’re here.

This gorgeous ground-floor unit featuring three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two luxurious baths. There’s a magnificent master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite, while the other two bedrooms offer a queen and two twins, respectively.

The sleek and modern living areas boast both indoor and outdoor spaces to help you get the most from your tropical oasis. The open floor plan includes a wet bar, a beautiful dining room table with seating for six, and an inviting living room that overlooks the grounds.

Just outside the sliding glass doors is a simply stunning terrace with a beautifully tiled floor and a seating area where you can enjoy a cold beverage, a warm meal, casual conversation or a sunset view. There is also a hammock where you can blissfully sway your cares away in the soft ocean breeze.

Casa Magdalena also includes a laundry room with storage space and new washer and dryer. The kitchen is equally spacious and lovely, and comes fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, granite countertops, double sink, an assortment of smaller appliances, dishware, and plenty of storage and workspace.

Just a short stroll away from your home away from home is the popular oceanfront promenade of downtown Cozumel. The strip is alive with activity day and night because it is one of the primary ports for cruise ships as well as the ferry terminal. You can shop, dine, drink, and people-watch to your heart’s content—there’s no shortage of action on the promenade. You’ll also find several dozen snorkeling and dive shops, where you can book an underwater adventure and see the beauty of the reefs for which Cozumel is famed.
