Casa Tallant is a private home with a stunning exterior located in the quiet Corpus Christi neighborhood of Cozumel’s downtown San Miguel. About a five-minute car ride south from Cozumel International Airport, Casa Tallant is a great option for those wanting to feel like a resident of the island! Casa Tallant is close to walk or ride a bike to an array of local shopping, dining, and entertainment options. There is a large grocery store and cinema about one block away. The Caribbean Sea is close too, about four blocks to the west. Charmingly lit streets and friendly neighbors will welcome you any time of day to sightsee. Be sure to explore all your neighborhood has to offer: the impressively built Corpus Christi church, local parks, or dip into a taco or fruit stand for a taste of local Cozumel!The first thing you notice about Casa Tallant is it stunning white façade with large red iron gate in front providing safety and security while abroad. Inside the large gate, you will be welcomed to a large terrace, complete with tropical landscaping, columns, and tiled floors. There is a comfortable hammock, BBQ grill, and table for four to enjoy the afternoon sun or cocktails at sunset. Casa Tallant also has a spacious top-floor terrace, overlooking the luscious foliage of Cozumel including bougainvillea and palm trees. Enjoy soaking up the sun on the rooftop terrace or watch the stars at night.Casa Tallant is nicely appointed, clean, and spacious, decorated with traditional Mexican furniture and artwork. There are two master bedrooms, each with king-size beds and balconies. The large king size beds have the softer, “American-style” mattresses and bedrooms have separate air conditioning units while the first floor has central air. Downstairs, there is an open floor plan with a kitchen and eat-in dining bar, comfortable living room, and dining room seating up to six people. Casa Tallant is spacious and a great choice for families or larger groups looking for a private home that is centrally located in downtown Cozumel!
