Everything was geared toward comfort. We thought about going back inland for a day of exploring and decided there was no way we were leaving our little haven! Snorkeling right off the beach was very good. Little restaurants on the beach within a short walk made it easy to get a quick bite to eat without going into town. The staff was incredible. The suite was roomy, spotless and everything worked. The pre-arrival shopping service was very convenient - especially given the distance to town/grocery stores (although we prefer that an invoice is presented at the time of payment request).One recommmendation is that guests could benefit from some sort of option for securely storing luggage after the 10 am check-out until their departure later in the day. We had a flight out at 9:00 PM and arranged a day pass at the Iberostar 3 km away. Perhaps a deal with the neighbouring Aura Cozumel would work. Also, while we really enjoyed our meals in town, we would have gladly paid for the odd meal at the Aura if the option (cash vs day pass) was available. While the hotel may not want to encourage masses of cruise boat customers, perhaps something could be negociated for At Home in Cozumel clients.All in all, a very nice stay. The wrap around porch was great in that we could find shelter from the rain and wind and continue to admire the beauty of this place. From beginning to end, from working with At Home in Cozumel and it's employees, certainly including Annette, Nichol,Christina and Javier...they were all extremely helpful and fun to work with on any issue regarding this property. Our stay was absolutely wonderful----relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. The only thing I would recommmend is rent a car the first day of your stay. After we rented the car, we had the freedom to come and go as we pleased, and this made a tremendous difference in our trip. We ate at a lot of the authentic local resturants, visited Punta Sur (wear your lifejacket if you swim to the reef), loved the Money Bar, and drove to other places we wouldn't have been able to visit if we kept depending on a taxi. The condo was great and the location was perfect. We're already planning a trip for next year.
