The Residencias Reef Condominiums on Cozumel are located on San Francisco Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Cozumel---inviting to divers, snorklers, beachcombers and a five minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs in the world.
The beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog as far as you like.
All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater infinity edge pool, plus the 2nd swimming pool is directly in front of building three.
The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel.
This unit has a private patio. Easy access to the beach and either of the 2 swimming pools.

No long distance phone service, but there is high speed Internet service, so if you are traveling with a laptop you can stay in touch with family or business by email or even Skype... if you happen to have that on your computer. Review #7250 March 11 - 18, 2013. A guest from Windom, MN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Maid - Soko was good. Orlando - did a super job of explaining things and responding to our needs, met as with 2 minutes of arrival. Security staff escorted us to unit and helped carry luggage upon arrival. The t.v. didn't work and within a day someone fixed it. It was missing the set-top box for accessing dish network. There are no curtains for the kitchen/dining/living portion of the unit. This would have been nice for the person sleeping on the pullout. Also, towels, swim suits can't be hung on the rails. Maybe have a small clothesline installed on the veranda to hang these things. Good property only if staying for a long vacation. A guest from Fort Pierce, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in December, 2011 we rented this property for two nights was completely bare as there was no washer, dryer, shampoo, paper towel or even coffee or sugar. No restaurants or even a small grocery store in leass than 14 kms.(downtown). You do not expect to set up a kitchen when on few days of vacation. No local management office or cell# available. Only contact via e mail but wi fi not working properly either. Our overall stay was good because of lots of activities we found nearby but it could have been a lot better.
