The two units are as follow: The one to the right of the steps on the ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a charming corner fireplace and a sofa bed, a small kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom and shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower.
The other unit, located to the left of the steps, on the ground floor has a living room very similar to the one described above, with fireplace, sofa and kitchenette. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Lastly, in the attic a lovely bedroom has been set up with two single beds, accessible via a secure wooden staircase.

Villa Gloria is located next to the farmhouse where the owner and his family reside. People born and raised in this wild and beautiful scenery, you will appreciate their simplicity and availability.
The structure consists of two housing units that are separated by beautiful stone steps about two meters wide, which start at the house and arrive in the beautiful garden that opens up to a splendid view. This characteristic makes the property particularly suitable to accommodate two families or two groups of people who would like to spend their holiday together while retaining some degree of autonomy.
The interior of the house is beautifully restored, including manicured ceilings with wooden beams, comfortable and tasteful furniture, all in accordance with the traditions and customs of the area. The garden located in front of the house is perfectly set up for spending relaxing days in the open air, thanks to great outdoor furniture and a lovely pool that will cool off even the hottest of days.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
