Great starting point for touring and visit Montepulciano, Montalcino ed other Chianti area villages for wine tasting. The lake can also be quickly reached by car to enjoy boat trips and fishing. In the centre 400 m from the centre of Cortona, 55 km from the centre of Perugia, 90 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny position. Private: garden 600 m2, swimming pool (31.05.-06.09.). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: reception, washing machine (for shared use). Parking in the grounds. Shop 400 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Camucia-Cortona" 5 km.
