A large selection of games and books are located on this floor also!  The lower level features a Game Room with Air Hockey, game table, PlayStation II, mini frig, microwave and electronics featuring surround sound. A Queen bedroom with TV/DVD/VCR and a full bath complete this floor. Beach access is only a short 1/2 mile walk on quiet streets, or enjoy your Private 14x28 in ground Pool with large deck area and pool furniture and toys! Other amenities include a picnic grove with park grill, picnic table and a hammock, beach cart, toys, bicycles, booster seat, pack n play, porch swing, deck furniture and basketball goal.
