The top level features a king master bedroom with whirlpool tub, and private deck with ocean view with flat screen/dvd,  a half bath and the large living areas with flat screen TV, gas fireplace and ocean views. This home is only four hundred and fifty feet from the beach access. 3 separate outside stereo set ups.....1 services the ground level pool with a separate set of speakers for 1st

floor gazebo/hot tub, 1 services the second level hot tub area, and 1 services the oceanside and sound side decks!
