Villa Agreste is a charming two-story villa with the fascination of the typical and ancient mediterranean houses. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Agreste you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Villa Agreste is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features two private terraces with a view of the sea and a private garden.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Tovere line at 20 meters (65 feet) and the closest beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Agreste from the street level going down a 100-meters (330-feet) walkway that includes approximately 20 stairway steps.
For a succesful stay at Villa Agreste we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Garden
The garden is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.
Top LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall age-old pine tree and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid hand-made mayolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. They include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an age-old fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the first terrace.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bottom LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a palm. The terrace is equipped with long masonry benches. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and large fully-enclosed shower (please note that the bathroom has no door).
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
