Casa Maggiolina is a graceful apartment located on top of a small hill. It sleeps five people. From Casa Maggiolina you will enjoy a partial view of the sea and of the coastline. Casa Maggiolina is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a nice private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Conca dei Marini. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store, the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Tovere line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Conca beach) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles) including 350 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Maggiolina from the street level going up approximately 60 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Maggiolina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 20 meters (65 feet), for a fee, in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Alternatively, you can park for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by a gazebo. The terrace is equipped with a masonry sofa, as well as with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will have a partial view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony with a partial view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a partial view of the sea.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
