The eloquent home is nestled in a postcard like setting with sprawling trees, awe inspiring water front views, and five star resort like amenities. If it is privacy that you seek, then the seclusion of this beautiful villa is just what the doctor ordered. Or perhaps you just want to take the family and get away from the rat race for a while. To show them what its like to be in the mist of nature again. A place of peace, safety, nature trails, hiking, fishing, jet skiing, and all of the wonderful outdoor activities you can think of. Maybe you just want to lounge around the pool, or bar-b-que on the deck, or just chill out in the sun room or jacuzzi. Whatever you desire the beautiful Swan Villa Chateau can provide all of your vacationing needs.

Additional Notes:
Here is a list of our policies:
1) A $100 refundable booking fee is required for nightly and weekly rentals. There is also a $100 pet fee (additional fees may apply, depending on size and number of pets) and a $75 maintenance fee. We also offer a golf cart rental for an additional $100 per week (muust contact owner for use and restrictions).
2)A $300 refundable security deposit is required to book your nightly rental - $300 for weekly rentals. The deposit is refunded within 2 weeks after your check-out date or sooner. Property must be fully inspected by owner or assistants before any security deposit or booking fees will be returned.
3)Our Cancellation Policy:
60 days prior to booking date: Full refund of deposit/ booking fee/not refunded.
30 days or more prior to booking date: Half of rental fee refunded/ booking fee/not refunded.
4) We have higher rates for the weekend of The Potomac River Festival and The Memorial Day and July 4th week and weekends as well as the Labor Day weekend. You will need to contact owner for details.
