Overall Property Description:
50 years ago we ran into Podere La Pieve, whose name derives from an old, Romanesque church made of white and pink stones, dating back to the year 1000. The house was abandoned, everything was missing. There was only a big fireplace.
To get there we had to follow a bumpy path and the land was uncultivated. We decided to buy it anyway.
We tried our best to make it become comfortable. We looked after the garden, cultivated the fields and planted new vineyards and olive trees. We dedicated all our energies to the renovation of the other buildings to be able to accommodate people that are lovers of the nature like we are and interested in a direct contact with our territory.
As managers of an Agriturismo we are pioneers: we have got licence number 5 in the entire province. With the passing of the time La Pieve has returned to be what it was in the past: a characteristic stone farmhouse, immersed in the forest and full of charm.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
