Visit Mickey and Friends whilst staying in Our Florida Pride and Joy.

Our Villa is located on Greater Groves Estate on Route 27 Two miles north of the 192. Close to numerous stores incl Publix & 24hr Walmart. Within easy travelling distance of Orlando International & Sanford Airports. Close to all major attractions and golf courses (we can advise on courses as we have played most of them). Gulf Coast and Atlantic beaches within one and a half hour drive. The Villa is on a quiet mainly residential estate with its own community pool, tennis and basketball courts and children's play area. The Villa is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen and dining area. All linen, towels including several beach towels are available. Private, not overlooked, solar heated pool for your sole use. Great when returning from a day in the parks, just open the fridge and help yourself. Once you have stayed in a villa you will never want to stay in a hotel again.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. ALL of our homes have free WIFI and unlimited calls to all US, Canada, Puerto Rico and most international countries. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
