It has 4 bedrooms (2 twin), 3 bathrooms, tv's in each bedroom, 2 dvd players, and a 32" tv in the living room. You can work on your tan while lounging on the cushioned patio furniture or float in your own private, heated swimming pool that is screened for your comfort. This home will accommodate up to 10 people very comfortably. The property also has a washer/dryer, game tables in the garage, baby crib(pack-n-play), and a baby highchair.

Clear Creek is a delightful quiet community conveniently located one and a half miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, the commute time to Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (whom also deliver free). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall. US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including Orange Lake Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer, and restaurants that are too numerous to mention! You will never run out of things to do and you will be only minutes away from your peaceful haven at Clear Creek.
