This 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom vacation rental is ideal when visiting the Disney Area. Location is just 10 minutes West of Disney's Animal Kigdom and there are many shops and restaurants nearby which include Santa Fe Cattle Company just at the entrance to the community and a Super Walmart just less than a quarter of a mile away. As you walk-in you will notice the spacious fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals and save money on eating out which can add up quickly when vacationing. On the same gound floor you will have a living room with plenty of seating area for all your guests as well as 2 dining room tables and access to the Pool. There is a master bedroom with Queen size bed and large en-suite bathroom featuring a garden tub. Upstairs you will find a 2nd master bedroom with a Full size bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. There are Televisions in the lounge and 2 bedrooms for a total of 3 Tv's in this vacation rental. The garage has been converted to a games room containing a pool table, air hockey and foozball table to your family can wind down and enjoy themselves before or after dinner is served. The pool area has a screen ecnlosure and a table and 4 chairs as well as 2 sun loungers.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. ALL of our homes have free WIFI and unlimited calls to all US, Canada, Puerto Rico and most international countries. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
