which have ensuite bathrooms. At the front of the house there is a
double garage and a TV room, which contains a bed-settee and so can
serve as a fifth bedroom if needed. At the back of the house a third
bathroom serves the two bedrooms without ensuites. This bathroom
leads directly onto the Lanai and pool area.

The living area of the house is open-plan, with the kitchen facing
onto the spacious lounge/dining-room. From the lounge/dining-room one
can access the Lanai and 30 foot pool plus spa via a sliding patio
door.

The pool area looks out on natural Florida woodland containing
interesting insects, birds and other wildlife making it a great location
for a peaceful vacation. Located in the popular Silver Creek sub division
off Highway 27 the home also benefits from shops and restaurants just
a short drive away.
