Beautiful, luxury villa on a very quiet cul-de-sac. 4 bedrooms comprising king size master with en-suite bathroom, queen size with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with further family bathroom.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table as well as a separate dining area.
There are 2 lounges, one with a double sleeper sofa.
The pool is fully screened, can be heated in the winter months and overlooks a wooded conservation area.
The villa has a cot with bedding, stroller and a highchair, the double garage has been converted into a games room featuring table tennis and a tbale football game, make this a perfect family holiday home.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. Most of our homes have free WIFI and unlimited calls to all US, Canada, Puerto Rico and most international countries. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters. All of our homes have been certified by VRPCertifications.
