The home consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and family living area with patio doors giving access to the pool area.

The home has well appointed kitchen suite includes large conventional self cleaning electric cooker, microwave oven, 18 cubic foot fridge/freezer incorporating ice making facilities, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and double sink with garbage disposal with every modern convenience which guests would normally enjoy in their own homes is provided, including toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, a full range of table crockery, cutlery and glassware and all utensils.
The telephone which can be used for free local calls is located here also. The adjoining fully fitted dining room features a dining table with seating for up to six and two bar stools at the nearby breakfast bar.

The utility room facilities include a large washer and a large drier, easily capable of handling the laundry requirements of a large family. An ironing board and iron are located here too.

Our home features four bedrooms; two master bedrooms with en suite bathroom along with two luxury furnished twin bedrooms that are on ground floor. These share use of the third bathroom. All bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards and all include built in wardrobes, high quality furniture with plenty of drawer space, hair dryers and remote control TV's. The 1st master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and bedroom two has a queen-sized bed. The master en-suite includes a separate bath tub, and both bathrooms feature showers, a vanity unit, W.C, hairdryer points.

For the outdoor sun seekers there is a inviting Heated pool surrounded by a block paved patio area fully covered by a screened enclosure. The pool area is fenced to the rear to insure privacy, which many of our Guests prefer, there is also a Bathroom located directly from the pool. The pool access is Via the patio doors which are equipped with an alarm for Child Safety

Conveniently located at the junction of Florida Highway 192
and US State Road 27, it is under 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. 25 minutes to Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive along with numerous alternative Orlando attractions, Around an hours drive you can reach the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches on both the west and east coast,

Devenneys Irish Pub/Restaurant is within 1 minutes walk away so you can actually have a drink without the worry of driving. Within 5 minutes drive is Super Walmart, Publix and Winn Dixie Supermarket, Post Office, Cagen's Crossing and numerous Restaurants and fast food outlets.

Champions Gate and Reunion Championship Golf Courses are within 10 minutes drive away along with many more quality Golf Courses which includes the Famous Bay Hill, Golden Bear courses to name but a few.

Our villa is capable of accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa sits under a terra cotta coloured real tiled roof, and is in a private secluded location The villa is constructed to the highest build quality and safety standards. The bathroom floors, utility room and kitchen are all tiled for easy clean up to ensure maximum Hygiene.

The Clubhouse is equipped with free use of computer terminals with internet access, and a large screen television.
Activities
The Clubhouse has an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi surrounded by sun loungers. It also has a gym, table foosball/football, outdoor table tennis and a children's playground.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. ALL of our homes have free WIFI and unlimited calls to all US, Canada, Puerto Rico and most international countries. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
