Beautiful villa, set on 2 levels, in the Cinisi area, with a beautiful view over Punta Raisi and over Castellammare gulf. The property is built with typical material belonging to the area (stone, wood, terracotta) and the furniture is elegant, with some antiques and prestigious decorations belonging to the Sicilian tradition. The villa is surrounded by a veranda with stone arcades.
Distances: Palermo airport at approx. 5 km, Palermo at approx. 25 km, the beaches are at approx. 2 km.
At guests’ disposal: large and well kept furnished garden with lawn and decorated with typical Mediterranean scrub’s plants, swimming pool (6 m x 12 m – maximum depth 3 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09), outdoor well stocked kitchen with barbecue and wood burning oven.
