The master bedroom is vast, and is equipped with a king size bed. The en-suite bathroom is equally impressive, with two showers and a free standing hot tub. The three other main bedrooms are all en-suite and each has a king size bed. The 5th bedroom is actually a study, but it is equipped with a sofa bed, and has en-suite bathroom facilities, meaning it can become a 6th bedroom in a matter of moments.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and well laid out. Plenty of work top space makes food preparation a breeze. Appliances include a conventional oven and a microwave oven, a water purification unit, large family fridge, water heater and toaster.

Living rooms:
The main living area of Baan Suay Jan consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area, with a sunken lounge off to one side. Seated dining for 6 is handily close to the serving station of the kitchen. The lounge is equiped with comfortable seating, large TV and DVD player.

Other:
Located conveniently close to the centre of Chiang Mai, Baan Suay Jan has access to all the amenities of this modern city. Additionally, it is very close to some of the best golf in Thailand.

Additional Notes:
Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
