FEATURES AND FACILITIES:
1. Beach facing guest house for home stay at Besant Nagar, South Chennai, India – with certain features of resort.
2. Split air conditioners for bedrooms and also separately for hall/kitchen. When not in use, option for very good natural lighting during daytime and cross ventilation, by opening the windows on either side. These windows open out to the beach breeze and stretch of open space outside
3. Well furnished; additional bunker bed, normal cots, comfortable mattress, spare beddings.
4. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave oven, hot plate, induction stove, electric rice cooker, pressure cooker, utensils, bread toaster, plates, containers and crockery. Tea and coffee powder, milk, sugar, drinking water, provisions, cooking oil etc for about 3 days’ requirements are alo provided during check in.
5. Washing machine and independent wash area; Portion inside kitchen for puja/ worship.
6. Closed car park.
7. Two bathrooms (with anti skid tiles) – one bathroom has bath tub. ‘Mixer’ facility for hot and cold water for taps and shower.
8. Wardrobes with locking facilities and hangers.
9. TV, computer, wireless internet and printer.
10. Nearby temples, utility shops and parks for walk/jog.
11. Inverter/UPS for fans and lights, in the event of power failure.

Besant Nagar is a posh and one of the most sought after localities in Chennai. This locality is serviced by excellent roads and clean surroundings. The famous Elliots Beach adorns the shores of Besant Nagar.
Our guest house faces this beach and is located in Kalakshetra Colony of Besant Nagar. The renowned Kalakshetra School of Dance and Music is also situated in this Colony. Two well known temples (Asthalakshmi Temple and Murugan Temple) are also nearby, as are also two parks for walking/jogging and children’s play.
Our guest house/ vacation rental, in this peaceful and natural surroundings, is designed and equipped for comfortable and pleasant home stay. Posh and elegant, this would be suitable for those who visit Chennai for a limited period of stay.
