This superb villa is placed on a hillside in the western part of Chania. It is close to the beach (within 3km), and it offers breathtaking views of the sea and of the mountains.
The residence is decorated in elegant classic style, with rich fabrics and warm colours; exclusively designed to offer privacy, indulgence and relaxation.
The main entrance opens into a spacious living area with a fireplace, a large dining table and a lounge with 42” HD TV. At the same level, there is a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
Following the white-marble staircase to the second level, you can find a small lounge and two master bedrooms, both with double (queen size) beds. The first master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in closet, while the second has en-suite bathroom with bathtub plus a private balcony overviewing the mountains.
The residence also features a private pool (50 m2) with a fenced part for toddlers, and a separately built Jacuzzi; it is surrounded by bounteous terraces, as well as a BBQ/wood oven, outdoors furniture, sunbeds and gardens with flowers, trees and grapevines in a private plot of 3000 m2.
