Living Room:
The living area is comfortable, offering you the ideal spot to lounge the evening away. The pristine marble tiled floors and wallpapered walls merge to create a clean cut environment, alongside a nice selection of furniture that includes two blue fabric settees with matching arm chairs, a wooden coffee table and matching wall unit where the TV is positioned. One of the best features of the home is the tall patio windows that open to provide direct access to the outdoor terrace. Everything is conveniently situated to simplify your living needs.
Bedrooms:
The three bedrooms are neatly appointed to provide you with comfortable sleeping quarters. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, whilst the guest room 2 is where you will find two single beds. All the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning, wardrobe facilities, elegant wooden flooring and great views overlooking the estate. The master bedroom is decorated with dashes of maroon and white that give the overall atmosphere a classy feel. The master is also home to an ensuite bedroom, which makes things much easier.

The house has two bathrooms, both owning great shower facilities, toilets and wash basins. One of the bathrooms is ensuite.

It is understood that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.
Our refund policy is as follows:
15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
