On the first floor of Casale Borgo, apartment composed by living room with fire place, little kitchen (microwave, toaster) , 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (shower). From this unit it is approx. 5 minutes to walk to the pool.

The property "Il Pornelleto" is set amidst vineyards and olive trees and is surrounded by century old woods of oak trees, junipers and olm oaks. Untouched landscapes which are pleasant to the eye border one of the most fascinating areas in Tuscany. It is located at 3 km from the medieval town of Cetona.
The property is composed of 2 buildings: VILLA ALARI (divided into 3 units) and CASALE BORGO (divided into 2 units, one for the guests and one inhabited by the key holder).
It is a lovely location near renowned spa towns and not far from villages and towns rich in art, history, and traditional cuisine. You will be able to discover fascinating places with outstanding panoramas and a set of natural, cultural, and traditional features which pair with the richness of artistic monuments.
The estate, set in the heart of Tuscany, is located between the wonderful area of lake Trasimeno and the Chianti hills, and is an ideal starting point to discovering the towns of Cetona, Chiusi, Pienza, Sienna,Orvieto , Cortona, Assisi, Perugia, Città della Pieve,
and the thermal towns of San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, Montepulciano.
At guests disposal:

Restaurant inside the property only for the guests of Pornelleto (open in summer time):
It offers typical regional specialities, using home grown ingredients such as excellent unrefined olive oil and D.O.G.C. Chianti wine.
You will enjoy home made pasta, grilled meats, pork and wild boar cold cuts, while tasting the property produced wine as well as other wines from the region such as Nobile di Montepulciano or Brunello di Montalcino.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
