Private: grounds 5'000 m2 with plants and trees. Garden furniture. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Shop 4 km, grocers 4 km, restaurant 4 km, sandy beach 15 km. Please note: car essential. Property comprising 2 "Trulli" (typical stone house of the region) 10 m from each other. The "Trulli" have an antique tiled floor and stone or chalk walls and are surrounded by pine trees, oaks and olive trees.
