Pretty farm cottage in peaceful wooded surroundings Position: About four miles from Salviac for everyday shopping and ten miles from Gourdon for a good choice of shops, supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants, tennis courts and its celebrated annual music festival. Some 16 miles from Domme and the Dordogne valley and just over 20 miles from Sarlat. The Lot valley and Cahors with its vineyards, to the south, is slightly closer. In a quiet woodland setting with a large area of well maintained grass around the cottage, ideal for children's games, there is a recently built private pool behind, (10x5m, 01/05-28/10). Garden furniture and barbecue.

Fairly simply furnished and decorated but well equipped with, on the ground floor, a sitting room with sofa and armchairs, TV, separate dining room, kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cafetière, toaster and table and chairs, shower room, separate wc and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double and a triple with cot. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen and one large towel per person included.
