The living room is open to the kitchen, has a dining set and opens to the wrap around deck and yard with outdoor dining and sauna. Directly off the main living area, there's a bathroom and a bedroom, with its own entry to the yard, just steps to the sauna. There is a public creek access right across the street. House is ~750sf.
