Frattavecchia is an ancient farmhouse, entirely built in red bricks, the typical handmade construction material of Trasimeno lake region. We are at Frattavecchia village, 6 km distant to the Trasimeno lake, between Tuscany and Umbria. For the last two centuries, many generations of peasants families have lived dedicating themselves to the cultivation of typical crops using the fertile soil of Trasimeno
The two former upstairs flats, the great granary and wine cellar,and the groundfloor stables are now 7 comfortable apartments. All the apartments are furnished according to the local tradition.

Each apartment has its independent entrance from outside, and there is external garden furniture for outdoor meals. The impressive construction is sweetened by two external stairs - South and North - which lead the garden to the upstairs apartments. The panoramic swimming pool, the tennis court, the huge garden and the hundreds of olive groves surrounding the main house, contribute to create a special atmosphere, full of relax and tranquillity. For those who love other sports there is also the possibility of practicing them; just a few kilometres away from Frattavecchia, there are horse riding areas, sailing boats, golf court.

One of its apartments,"Il Germano", is a 65 sqm apartment and has a comfortable living room with a cooking area, two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed) and one bathroom with shower. In the living room, there is a charming fireplace and a sofa bed for two. Outside, you will find garden furniture for outdoor meals. 6 sleeps.
