The Gelsomino apartment of 85 sqm, is placed at the ground floor, surrounded on two sides by a private garden. It has two bedrooms: one double and the other with two beds, one of which is a pullout one.
In the living-dining room there's a sofa bed for two people (suitable on request to pay extra on the spot), table and chairs.
The kitchen includes freezer, fridge, dishwashing, oven and glass-ceramic stove.
The bathroom has a large shower box.
A little boxroom completes the unit.

Overall Property Description:
La casina di Manu is an holiday-house, placed in the middle of a wonderful tuscany countryside and includes 2 newly-built apartments about 85 square metres: Casa Gelsomino at the ground floor and Casa Verbena, at the first floor and 2 other units (one where the owner lives and one is empty), surrounded by a large garden and a new swimming pool.
It's a private estate; only our guests can enter in and park in the reseved area.
The property is surrounded by 300 olives, and in october, if you like to spent some day here, you can take part to the olive harvest.
Distances:
Our house is located in Castel San Gimignano, a little historical hamlet on a top of a green hill.
You have many possibilities to spent a nice holiday here: you can easily reach Siena (15min), Florence (45min),San Gimignano (10min), Volterra (15min) and a lot of small and typical villages full of life as Casole, Colle di Val d’Elsa, Radicondoli .
There’re many points of interest in our surroundings, as museums, medioeval villages, cultural events, and the etruscan area of Dometaia.
Even the sea,The Etruscan Coast is reachable in 50 min. by drive.
You can also start from here for beautifull walking or biking through the countryside and, on your back ,rest in our garden surrounded by olives and swimm in the new swimming pool.
Tennis courts and golf are reachable in 10 min.
Is reading your favourite hobby ?! You can find a natural and quite place under the old walnut!
At guests' disposal:
Wi-Fi internet connection available free of charge.
And if you are becoming hungry, the barbecue is at your disposal, togheter with some fresh vegetables of our kitchen garden dressed with our olive oil.
On your arrival, we'll offer an homemade cake or cantuccini with our Vinsanto.
In the hamlet, you can find 2 bar, 2 restaurants and a well-stocked mini market.
By walking, you can reach an important grape-grower farm and taste a lot of local red and white wines.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
