"Il Cortile" (31 m2) Delicious apartment with double bedroom on the first floor of the main house, dining room with kitchen corner, bathroom. Looking out over the courtyard and the swimming pool. Furnished in Tuscan style, with fabrics in the tonalities of the English green.
"Il Boschetto" (30 m2) Romantic apartment on the mezzanine ground floor of the main house with direct access, composed of a double bedroom with extra bed, dining room with small kitchen in it and bathroom, all in the tonalities of the color Bordeaux.

Common room (57 m2) for all the guest on the ground floor with large tables for group of 23 people to dine at (also with fireplace with cooking area -oven- and dishwasher), relax area with SAT-TV (Plasma screen 42"), stereo, DVD and children board games.

House "Legnaia" (30 m2) Nice studio apartment in a small house that once use to be the woodshed, completely independent, with a view on the suggestive village Lorenzano and the Alpes of Catenaria, own garden with garden furniture. Double bed, dining area with kitchen corner and bathroom.

"Il Fienile" (40 m2) Reserved apartment in a small house (together with Granaio) with view over the swimming pool, composed of a double bedroom and a bathroom, living/dining room with double sofabed and kitchen corner. Finished up with walls that recall the old Tuscan tradition.

This beautiful farm and its ancient barn have been restructured and taken care of by our Enterprise of Constructions (Builders from 1948) in the year 2005-2006 and
turned into seven apartments which are furnished with extreme care for the details.
The apartments have been restructured in the best Tuscan tradition
(with terracotta floors, stone walls and wooden beams) without neglecting the
comfort and the most actual taste.
To disposition of the guests a spacious common room and common kitchen.
The farm is the right place for individual stays and also to welcome groups of
families or friends that desire privacy and autonomy but also the opportunity of various large common areas where they can cook and eat together.
The fine furnishings are at the same time warm and pleasant and are trasmitting the pleasant feeling to be "at home", in that house that everybody would like to have, intimate, relaxing and surrounded by a marvelous nature.
In the garden the swimming pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace and in a shady area there is the dining corner where all the guests can eat "al fresco" during the warmer months.
The choice of furniture and original fabrics and the wise work of restauration return an atmosphere of sincere hospitality to our guests.
The apartments are all with panoramic sight on the woods of the Casentino hills.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
