The house is in a quiet position with lovely views and is ideal for discovering the Casentino, the verdant mountains of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine. Peace, a mild climate, beautiful countryside and a warm welcome from local inhabitants make this valley the ideal spot for a lovely summer’s vacation. In the garden surrounding the house, equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, there is a beautiful swimming pool (dim. 5x10 m, depth 1,10-1,70 m) for the exclusive use of the clients.
