Overall Property Description:
The Tenuta Bichi Borghesi has been property of the same family for four centuries. We produce DOCG Chianti Colli Senesi wine, a red IGT wine, Vinsanto, oil and honey. Part of the secular park are a beautiful vegetable garden and an orchard, rich in autochthonous species which supply fresh fruit and vegetables to the owners and the guests.
We are situated in the Montagnola Senese, lined by trails that have been blazed by the Italian Alpine Club; some of them start right from the centre of our estate. It encloses a park of four hectares, the villa, the monumental stables in neogothic style (today available for ceremonies and events) and the agricultural annexes.
At guests disposal:
ETHERNET internet connection available in all the units and the clients can use the owners' computer when the property's office is open, free of charge.
The hamlet encloses the heart of the farm: a large garden of 4 hectares, the seventeenth century villa and the grand stables, or Scuderie (about 550 mq) , inaugurated in 1890, where ceremonies and dinner parties are hosted by the family.
Wine tasting for group.
The Scuderie comprise three large halls, a kitchen and facilities and can accommodate up to 250 people seated who can also enjoy the surrounding park of the villa.
At their arrival all the guests will find a welcome-breakfast. It’s possible to make a product tasting and to rent bikes.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
