This apartment was once the old poultry pen of the counts of Lucciana, where they reared chickens. The apartment is subdivided over two floors and composed as follows:

Welcome to Casa al Prato in the heart of the Sienese hills. Our house is a typical Tuscan farmhouse that belonged to the property of the Count of Lucciana in former times.
We are entrepreneurs but we have inherited the deep love for the countryside from our forefathers. That’s why we decided to buy this villa many years ago.
In this place rabbits, turkeys, roes and horses are a constant presence as well as a small fish lake with ducks and wild ducks, myrtle, broom and rosemary: a harmony of fragrances and colours that create an evocative atmosphere. And then there is the cypress-alley with century-old trees where the Count used to enjoy his afternoon walks.
The property, that dominates the surrounding countryside, spreads out over one and a half hectares which are entirely fenced. The swimming pool and the panoramic terrace offer distraction and relaxation and the possibility to have a “bath under the stars”.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
