Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 There was only one pool/tennis court key-inconvenient when you have three families (other places we stayed have had additional keys). There were no dish towels(we had to purchase some so we could do the dishes). Light bulbs should be checked on a regular basis by the cleaning crew- light over stove was out. The pool was great to use after a day at the lake, and the hot tubs were very clean. The bed in the master bedroom was a little too soft, but bearable for a 4-night stay. The kitchen was nicely remodeled and well stocked with dishes and pots. The tvs in every room made all of the teenagers happy, and the dining room table was large enough for board games. Trent's timely email responses and flexiblity in accommodating our group needs have been incredible. When we needed to find a group meeting space for our dinner, he went out of his way to contact local meeting areas to see if we could use their spaces. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future group trips and for personal trips as well. Additionally the dvd wasn't connected to the tv. Other than that, it was nice. The location was perfect because it was so close to the pool. The only "minor" complaint we had was that we could not figure out how to turn off the gas fireplace. (In hindsight, we should have called maintenance.) Also for the money we paid it was little much to ask us to pull the sheets off the bed and place the towels next to washing machine. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2008 The unit was actually nicer than the group expected - especially considering the cost was fairly inexpensive. Nice kitchen and appliances, relaxing living room area, comfortable bedrooms, clean bathrooms. The only issue we ran into was the DVD player / TV set up. We could hear the DVD but not see it. If we switched the video cable then the DVD player worked fine, but when we switched back to the TV we couldn't hear any sound. Not a huge deal, but someone might want to look into that.
