Questions? Contact us at. You will enjoy this four bedroom 2 bath townhome on the north shore. With 3 king beds and 4 twin beds, it's perfect for two families. On the first level there are 2 bedrooms with 2 kings beds and a full bath. The second level has the living, dining and kitchen area, plus another bedroom with a king bed and another full bath. On the third level is the loft bedroom with 4 twin beds, which are in two trundle sets. The kitchen, bathrooms and flooring have been recently renovated, so it's sure to please. The living room has a large flat panel TV that extends by the wood burning fireplace. The property also comes with Wifi. The property is approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach and the many amenities the development offers, which include summer tennis, pool, par course and year-round hot tubs, saunas and game room with a pool table, air hockey and video games. Pool & spas open all summer. Spas open summer & winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall.

Just a couple of things: When we got there all the silverware in the drawer was dirty so I hand washed everything, including dishes and pans, before using them. We discovered that the dishwasher soap dispenser was clogged and, after removing a solid soap cake, it worked perfectly. Seems housekeeping should have noticed this. Also the TV in the living room did not work, but we don't watch much TV anyway and the other TVs gave us the weather and news we needed. We had three cars and were only allowed two car passes. They allowed us to park one car in the lodge parking lot even though the unit parking lot was practically empty except for us.Were surprised that in a unit that accomodates 10 people for 4 days we were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper. Again, not an issue as we just purchased additional, but was just a small inconvenience. Other than these things, we had a wonderful time and loved the unit. We were very satisfied. We have only 1 request. In the DVD Player, my 7-year old son left a Christmas Present, the DVD "Despicable Me". Concerns about No. 39 Carnellian Woods. A guest from Wayne, PA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 We enjoyed our stay at Carnellian Woods and the space in the unit was fine. The kitchen had been redone recently and was well equipped. However there were some problems which need to be addressed by the owner.1) The carpet was very dirty. There were black stains on three of the stairs we saw immediately when entering the unit and the whole living room rug needed cleaning.2)The dishwasher seemed to run but made no washing sounds during the cycle and the dishes were consistently dirty when we took them out of the dishwasher. We often had to wash the dishes again by hand before eating. On the last morning we had nine people to get out of the house by 10:00. We put the dishes away from the dish washer and hand washed breakfast dishes since no dish was to be left in the dishwasher. We did not have time to rewash dishes from the dishwasher. First Accommodation complained and want to charge us $60 for dish washing.3) Twice on our stay the toilets would not flush. We corrected the problem using the plunger which fortunately was available.4) The lockbox worked fine except that the little black tab that hold it in the box fell out twice. We were able to replace it and it worked. A third time it fell out and we were unable to locate the tab as we had done before. We reported this to the management before leaving.The management was helpful and pleasant when we had questions or problems to solve and the pool and hot tubs were enjoyed by our group. Property Manager Response: Response from First Accommodations Unfortunately the stains were caused by these renters and the dishwasher works fine, as we tested it. The toilets would flush but were overloaded by the renters, which clogged them. The lockbox was working until the renters returned the keys 6 hours after their departure time.
