Questions? Contact us at. Comfortable mountain townhome in terrific development on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. This unit has 3 levels, which include 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor. The master has a king bed and a 27? TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed. On the second floor features the living, dining, kitchen, patio balcony with Gas BBQ and a full bathroom. On the third floor is the loft bedroom, which has 4 twin beds, two are in a bunk set. The living features a 42" LCD HD TV w/DVD and a wood burning fireplace. The property also comes with High Speed Internet - Wired. The development offers great amenities; summer swimming pool and tennis courts, winter and summer hot tubs and year round access to the lodge, which offers a pool table, video games and his and hers saunas. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2011 This is a nice area at the north shore with lots of trees and just a short drive to stores & restaurants. The distance to the guest facilities (pool, jacuzzi, rec room, etc.) is not convenient for walking nor is the beach. Condo access is via a steep and uneven pathway from the parking area. We had major problems with the Dish - getting local channels took 2 hours sometimes. Frustrating. Internet access was great - very nice BBQ. Looked like they'd recently updated bathrooms and painted, consequently water was off when we arrived but Prop. Mgr was very responsive with our issues. suggestions for improvement to #51 A guest from McLean, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in August, 2010 The king size bed needs a mattress pad and all the pillows in the unit should have pillow covers too (for hygenic reasons if nothing else). The shower head in the 2nd floor bath is WAY too small as is the microwave in the kitchen. the closets in the Master are too crowded with the owners stuff. We could barely get our clothes in there. Blankets are ratty looking and should be upgraded. The location was great with grocery shopping and beaches nearby, the kitchen was small but adequate, and the unit was spacious and clean. The staff at the rental office was beyond helpful. They suggested great hikes and fun things to do in all types of weather. I am sure we'll come again. Good quality for the money, but we have a few suggestions A guest from San Jose, California recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2008 1) The water heater is not sufficient for a condo that accommodates 7-8 people. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2008 We've rented a home in the Agate Bay neighborhood......which touches the Carnelian Woods Condo Development......for 32 years.........but had never stayed at the condos.We were very curious and a bit skeptical about staying there.However, we were pleasantly surprised. The condo we stayed in was immaculately clean and very well stocked. Furniture was comfortable and attractive.Truly, the only thing we missed was a big deck to hang out on, but simply adapted by spending more time at the beach , pool or taking short rides.Would highly recommend it.Also, the pool key was not in the condo when we arrived, but a call to Trent at the Rental Service, and the problem was solved within a few hours.
