Questions? Contact us at. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin is perfect for one family or two. The first floor of the property includes the cozy living area with a wood burning fireplace, dining area table for 8 and the open kitchen with a center island with a breakfast bar. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and laundry on this same floor. The second level has 2 more bedrooms, each with a king bed and 2 twin beds and another full bath. There is a tv in one of the bedrooms and a foosball table in the other. The property has a nice deck off of the living space where you can enjoy the quiet neighborhood while you BBQ. The property comes fully equipped with bed and bath linens, kitchen supplies; pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc., and the home comes with Wifi. In the summer, the home is a member of the Agate Bay swimming pool facility and Patton Beach is approx. 4 blocks from the home. .In the winter, the home is centrally located to Northstar Ski Resort, Homewood Ski Resort, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley.Pet fee and deposit are not included in the rate. The management company answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood in Carnelian Bay with ready access to Northstar, Homewood and a regional park in Kings Beach for sledding with little ones. Clean and very well equipped for a large family or gathering of friends. You might need to bring coffee filters, but no other kitchen appliance or tool will be required.
