Overall Property Description:
Villa San Giuseppe dominates a farm of 8 acres, mostly planted with olive trees, set on drywall terraces, fabulously realized by farmers in the beginning of the 20th century. All around, between the peace of the hills, there are oak forests, crossed by a myriad of trails for hikers amateurs, then enjoy your trips to the countryside. The property is bordered by a stream.
Externally the villa has been restored in its original version, beginning of the 20th century, with period materials. Arranged on three floors, approx. 400sqm surface, spacious rooms, comfort and all furnishings from the end of the 19th century-beginning of the 20th century. The garden of 650 sq.m. is dominated by the pool placed on a terrace and with a spectaculair panorama. Wooden gazebo near the pool. In the garden you'll find another gazebo and a large veranda for your summer lunches and dinners. Ample parking and also a small farming museum outdoor, where you can admire the farm utensils which have been recovered during the renovation.

The property is composed by a main building plus a detached annex (about 20 m far).

We're in the oak forest, where the silence rules, therefore, a little station is far only 900metres and the train could bring you in Arezzo in only 20 minutes.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
