It has declined over the last several years to the point where I am more times than not, disappointed with the condition of the units, the beach chairs, the golf carts: the rating of the units is hugely off in my opinion (I won't even consider a delux or standard unit any more..they are disgusting with archaic appliances that are usaally broken at some level. The TV's are TINY. The Superior still need serious updating of appliances, paint, wallpaper, fixtures, knives need sharpening,cleaning of baseboards, shower curtains, carpets, patio furniture. More beach chairs are broken than not. Cockroaches are a constant. Blinds often don't work. All that being said, the staff is almost always pleasant, professional and eager to help.
