Our unit had ants and our friends next door, the Westbrookes', their unit smelled musty and had no hot water at the sink. These owners appear to pay no attention to these units and it is time to upgrade the TVs and to add DVD units. A staff person should go over and inspect a unit that hasn't been used in months, open the doors for a while, then turn the air down and see if there is hot water.
