Taking full advantage of the almost panoramic ocean view is the large living room with 32" flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, built-in wrap around bookcase w/ extensive library, and comfortable seating. Listen to the ocean's roar from the front deck with outdoor dining area and large barbecue grill, or seated inside at the dining table surrounded by glass. The adjacent fully-stocked kitchen includes a commercial grade gas stove, additional electric cook-top with griddle, convection toaster oven, Kitchen Aid mixer and espresso maker to make your meal preparations complete. Tyee's setting (located on a short quiet dead-end street) provides peace and quiet in an environment which welcomes birds and other visitors.
