Canine Valley July 2012 Rodney E. from Akron, Ohio recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 Great Little A-Frame. Well stocked kitchen,bathrooms,and linens.We loved the deck with gate so we could let our dog run around without constant supervision. Gas grill, Hot tub, and Wiifi all worked fine. Due to 1.5 days of rain we were forced to stay inside and watch some TV. Our only complaint was no HD TV in living room. Overall we would give the experience a 9.5 out of 10. Needs some updates David K. from Scott Depot, WV does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2012 Some of the furniture needs replaced. We found mouse droppings in silverware and kitchen towel drawers. Disposal wasn't working. The hot tub smelled musty & moldy and was not usable the whole time we were there. We contacted the realty company and they did send someone, but the moldy smell was overwhelming. We ran out of toiletries and the laundry detergent smelled like mothballs. We loved the property but feel with a lots of tlc from the owner and realty company it would be great. We didn't realize that it didn't have AC but we never needed it.
