Aurora is a one floor apartment on first floor (90 sqm) with external stairs, there are a seatingroom, a dining room with a small cooking area and a double-sofa-bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, a small terrace next to the seating room and a covered terrace at the entrance.

La Corte Etrusca is a residential complex consisting of five comfortable apartments one is occupied by the owners and four are for rent.
The complex is composed of 2 buildings: one with Aurora unit on first floor and on ground floor the owner's unit and the second building with the units Bacco on ground floor, Nettuno and Giunone on 2 floors.
Each apartment is furnished with antique pieces and has a private garden space available, either covered or uncovered, right next to the court.
All spaces are fitted with tables and chairs and here guests may peacefully have their meals outdoors. In each apartment you will find: TV, barbecue, dish-washer, washing machine and independent entrance.
The tourist apartment complex “La Corte Etrusca” is an ideal destination for those wishing to spend their holidays in a typical tuscan country-side setting.
At guests' disposal:
The pool (7x14 mt. depth 1.2-2.7 open from 15 of March to the end of October), located in a commanding position overlooking the court is fitted with showers and change-rooms and is available for use to all four apartments.
Baby bed and high chair euro 30/stay.
Animal are accepted with an additional cost of 30 euros a week.
Internet wifi 10€/week.
The pool is open from 15/03 to 31/10, If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each

The complex is located in the country-side right at the foot of the Cortona hill only miles away from Cortona (7 km), Arezzo (30 km), Siena (30 km) Perugia and Assisi.
Within miles are also lake Trasimeno and the ancient towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino. Each of these places is an ideal destination for a one day trip.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER
Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.
Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.
ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES
For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,
100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
