A spectacular swimming pool - extra long and infinity edged - is the focal point of a sprawling deck and terrace that encompasses living and dining spaces. Panoramic views of both the ocean and the surrounding mountains lend a sumptuous 'on vacation' ambiance. A well-equipped kitchen with a central island is large enough for the whole crowd to gather and cook; a glass wall separates it from a formal dining room - and frames the view. The living room is inviting and comfortable and is great spot to catch up on DVDs. One of the two king bedrooms is in the main house and the other is located in a separate pavilion providing privacy for both. Each has a bath en suite with double sinks, walk-in shower, private WC, and a bidet. There is also an outside shower and a guest bath adjacent to the pool area. An outdoor fitness area with a treadmill and free weights gives guests the opportunity to work out while enjoying the view. The third bedroom is an independent one bedroom villa that is adjacent to the main villa. Terraced into a lower level, it has a separate entrance. It offers a lovely view, a king bedroom, en suite bath, living room, kitchenette and its own private pool.
